Customer Service Supervisor 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 2300 Industrial Park SE Drive, Wilson, NC 27893 Emco Wheaton Retail Corporation, Wilson, North Carolina, a manufacturer of products for the petroleum equipment industry, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and computer skills. Ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently gaining product knowledge and providing support in the following areas: technical, pricing, order status, freight quote. Interface with all internal departments and management to serve and support the customer’s best interest. Manage stressful situations and resolve customer complaints. Liaison between outside sales force and internal departments. Research and analyze requests for quotation, make informed recommendations. 1st level technical support – must have ability to provide support through use of instructions, drawings, notes, former knowledge – without extensive field training. Develop policies and procedures for the department’s efficient performance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years’ Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong sales and service orientation. A solid knowledge and background utilizing Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Technical aptitude and understanding of mechanical products. A resilient and high-energy personality. Prior leadership skills preferred. Pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
