Customer Service Supervisor – Utility Billing 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Center, NC JOB Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Utility Billing Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor leads and supports our customer service team. This role will oversee daily operations and provide coaching and mentorship to customer service representatives and ensure that customer interactions meet high standards of service and satisfaction. This role will be critical in resolving escalated issues, improving team performance, and contributing to a culture of excellence. They must exercise some independent judgment in completing assigned tasks and must exercise considerable tact, courtesy, and firmness in frequent contact with customers and the general public. This position reports to the Deputy Utility Billing Manager.
