Office Manager Position Overview:

As a Client Care Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting clients, caregivers, and our office team. You will manage client relationships, conduct care assessments, monitor service delivery, and help match caregivers with client needs—ensuring that we consistently provide high-quality, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a liaison between clients, caregivers, families, and community partners Conduct regular client visits (at least quarterly) to review care needs and ensure satisfaction Maintain and update client records and care plans Match caregivers’ skills and availability to client requirements Conduct caregiver supervision in the field and assist with scheduling Support caregiver performance and participate in on-call scheduler rotation Follow up with prospective clients and help onboard new clients and caregivers Collaborate closely with the Assistant Administrator and office team

Who We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in healthcare or home care required Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to company growth Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about working with seniors and their families Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, email, and scheduling software A team player who enjoys helping others and leading with empathy
