This role involves processing client intakes and supply orders, assisting customers on the sales floor, and promoting equipment and products to enhance customer independence and well-being. We take pride in providing high-quality products and services that help our clients stay active, independent, and safe at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Homecare and Resupply team to ensure exceptional customer service. Process client intakes and manage supply orders efficiently. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing homecare equipment and products. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records through data entry and documentation. Foster a positive and productive team environment to achieve department goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to lead a team while also working collaboratively to meet objectives. Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is strongly preferred. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping individuals maintain their independence.
