Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews Perform quality assurance calls and in-home visits Assist with care consultations and onboarding new clients Support Care Pro training initiatives Respond to client and caregiver inquiries Research job and market trends to optimize recruitment strategies Assist with job ads, business listings, and community outreach Support marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and referrals General office support
