What Youll Do:

Provide outstanding support to clients and the Client Experience team
Manage client accounts and ensure all requests and timelines are met with precision
Build and nurture strong client relationships, resolving concerns proactively
Utilize CRM software and TotalView to track client support and vehicle transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client deliverables
Act as a liaison between sales, clients, and internal departments
Identify and rmend process improvements for enhanced client service
What You Bring to the

Table:

Exceptionalmunication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal
Strong attention to detail accuracy is key when managing multiple tasks
High energy and a professional demeanor a client-focused approach is essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advancedputer skills CRM, TotalView, and Microsoft Suite expertise preferred
Two or more years of experience in a client service ormunication-focused role
High school diploma or equivalent required
