Position Summary:
Assists the corporate Remarketing sales andmanagement team (FSR’s, Call Center, Dealer Manager, Sales Manager)with administrative duties relating to the sale of used vehicles,and the processes related to the RTC program. Support will beprovided to coordinate the completion of pending transactions withretail, fleet, and wholesale customers via both phone & e-mailcommunication. Provides marketing support by mailing flyers andposting ads in various advertising mediums.
Major Responsibilities:
- Post-Sale Coordination to include: confirming that units areready to go, sending notifications to Districts, collectingpayments, processing warranty paperwork, coordinating wiretransfers, and providing customer assistance.
- Pre-SaleCoordination to include: working with Districts to determine unitavailability, fulfilling requests to generate pictures of units,creating & fulfilling specification requests, and schedulingappointments.
- Marketing support to include: sending mailers toprospects, pulling prospect reports, placing advertisements, andsending thank you letters.
- Other projects and tasks as assignedby supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative /departmental support experience required
- Requires strongorganizational and time management skills and the ability tomultitask
- Requires strong communication skills
- High SchoolDiploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degreepreferred
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel required
- Prior experience with AS400 preferred
- Customer service skills,ability to work independently, and organizational skills required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function ofthe job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the requiredschedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penskeemployment application, submit to a background investigation (toinclude past employment, education, and criminal history) and drugscreening are required.
