Position Summary The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth of Workplace Modular Systems’ customer accounts. As the main internal point of contact, this role supports quoting, order follow-up, product recommendations, and proactive outreach. The Customer Success Manager builds trusted relationships with existing accounts and drives accessory, repeat, and cross-sell sales performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure 100% retention and satisfaction. Achieve monthly account revenue goals of $325,000 through upselling, accessory recommendations, and follow-on orders. Ensure quote turnaround within 48 hours and maintain 90%+ CRM compliance on touchpoints and follow-ups. Conduct account health reviews and maintain proactive outreach with 5+ high-value clients weekly. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Support resolution of customer complaints and deliver solutions in a timely, professional manner. Maintain updated records in Salesforce and Configure1 for all account activities. Participate in weekly team syncs and strategy sessions with Strategic Account Managers. Gather customer feedback and contribute to product and process improvements. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2-5 years in inside sales, account management, or customer success in a manufacturing or OEM-focused business. Demonstrated success managing customer relationships, quoting, and support activities. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-up execution. Proficient in Salesforce, Configure1, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
