The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while working with our cleaning crew leaders. This role requires a strong communication skills. Responsibilities Conduct site evaluations; obtain client feedback and relay information to cleaning crew leaders and management. Supervise and conduct training of cleaning crews as needed. Keep track of inventory needs in multiple facilities. Ensure compliance of cleaning crews to meet and maintain all payroll standards. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service. Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the service areas. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Skills Previous janitorial experience strongly preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. Ability to perform physical tasks as needed. Basic computer proficiency. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of mechanics. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike.
