Requirements Key Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or management is preferred. + Prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + A strong desire to learn and advance within the organization. + Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. + Proficiency in cash handling and sales transactions. + Basic knowledge of inventory control and merchandising principles. + Demonstrated team player mentality and a positive attitude. + Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:
