This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an eye for detail. The Office Coordinator will coordinate staff, handle customer service, hire new employees, and manage office/cleaning supplies and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, maintaining excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.

Team Leadership:

Hire, onboard, and manage cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Operations Management:

Lead daily operational tasks such as preparing employee dispatch. Supervise cleaning services for residential and commercial properties to ensure jobs are completed to the highest quality and on time.

Inventory, Supplies, & Laundry:

Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and laundry

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all cleaning staff are following industry health and safety regulations, particularly in the use of cleaning chemicals and safety equipment.

Client Retention:

Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Special Projects:

Complete special projects and administrative duties as assigned by the

Owner and Manager Qualifications:

Proven pas experience as an Office Coordinator, ideally within a related field. Exceptional customer service skills working with customers and employees. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.. Proficiency in scheduling and workforce management software. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and industry standards. Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between our Hampstead, NH and Haverhill, MA offices throughout the work-week (the offices are 15 minutes apart)

Preferred:

Experience in client relationship management. Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning practices.

Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office Skills/Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, office management, or managerial experience desired, but not required. Must have a warm, positive attitude with the desire to coach and motivate others. Enjoys working independently with little supervision. Able to make decisions and solve problems independently. Reliable with strong time management skills. Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Comfortable with computers and technology.
