Real Estate Client Manager / Transaction Coordinator The Nina Fee Realty Team at Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty Portsmouth, NH 03801 We’re a top-producing real estate team based in Portsmouth, NH, seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Client Manager / Transaction Coordinator to join us. This role combines operations and client service. If you thrive on checklists and love supporting others, we want to meet you! Transaction & Client Management Manage real estate transactions from contract to close Coordinate inspections, appraisals, closings, and client touchpoints Maintain and update the CRM; track lead progress and distribution Prepare and manage property listings in the MLS and online platforms Communicate with clients, attorneys, agents, lenders, and vendors Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the team leader, Nina Fee. Compile and maintain regular sales activity reports and performance tracking Marketing & Listing Support Prepare, enter, and maintain accurate listing data in the MLS Ensure all property information is current across marketing platforms Create listing flyers, just listed/just sold posts, and open house materials using tools such as Canva Manage social media postings using pre-made templates on platforms like Instagram and Facebook – with plenty of room for your own creativity if marketing is your strength! Assist with email marketing and client follow-up campaigns through Mailchimp and other means of communication Requirements Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service Strong organization and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable with CRMs, online platforms, and file management Knowledge of real estate timelines and contracts is a plus Must be able to work from our Portsmouth, NH at least 50% of the time
