Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to Medicare-eligible clients. While a health insurance license is preferred , it is not required —we will provide licensing and training for the right candidate. If you have a passion for helping others, experience leading teams, and a heart for working with seniors, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support customer service representatives handling Medicare Advantage inquiries. Resolve escalated customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Train and mentor team members to ensure top-quality service and compliance with Medicare guidelines. Collaborate with sales, enrollment, and compliance teams to enhance client satisfaction. Monitor team performance, quality assurance, and service levels. Stay current on CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage product updates.

Qualifications:

3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role. Health insurance license preferred (not required – we will sponsor licensing). Strong knowledge of Medicare or willingness to learn quickly. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.

Preferred:

Experience working with senior populations. Familiarity with Medicare Advantage plans, CMS guidelines, and open enrollment processes.
