The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed Merchant Success Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, client services, and account management. You’ll serve as the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding, issue resolution, strategic support, and long-term success. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Palisades Park, NJ with the possibility of being hybrid in the future.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of eCommerce merchants via Slack, email, and phone Manage client onboarding and ensure seamless handoffs from Sales to Operations Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships while proactively identifying service needs and process improvements Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewals, and identify upsell and growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, tech, billing) to resolve issues and ensure SLA adherence Audit customer invoices, track A/R, and facilitate timely resolution of billing concerns Maintain comprehensive client documentation including meeting notes, action items, and SOPs Drive operational improvements and support business transformation initiatives Be a voice for the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights for product and operations teams
