Salary Range:
$15.00 To $15.00 Annually Summary The Resolution Coordinator will be responsible to acknowledge the receipt of complaints, conduct investigation into complaint allegations, provide resolution and log complaints on a timely and accurate basis Essential Functions Review complaint allegations from various sources and assist with investigation to determine merit
Interact with internal personnel regarding complaint investigation and resolution
Draft responses to complaint sources addressing their concerns in an expeditious and professional manner Communicate with clients, provide timely notifications of complaints and process any follow-up issues
Accurately log complaints into company complaint database and client required complaint logs
Provide accurate monthly complaint reports to clients Keep up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with governmental laws and regulations, with functional area, and with Company policies and procedures
Maintain regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements
Provide proactive feedback to management concerning potential problems and recommendations for improvement. Recommend process improvements for efficiencies and best practices
Adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures Non-Essential Functions Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities/Accountabilities This position does not have Supervisory Responsibilities/Accountabilities Requirements High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
One or more years of related customer service experience
Ability in taking initiative and managing multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a pleasant manner
Must adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs Working Conditions Work is generally performed within an indoor office environment utilizing standard office equipment Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Extensive use of keyboards and computers Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the department’s scheduled hours and guidelines.
