Our store is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Store Manager to join our team! This full-time role requires availability for 10-hour shifts, including weekends and Monday to Friday. In this pivotal role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of the store, with a special focus on the Front of Store Departments, including Cashiers, Podium, Self-Check-Out, Customer Service, Bookkeeping, Scanning, Cart Pushers, On-Line, Pickup, Delivery (E-Commerce)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, exceeding sales targets, customer service standards, and profitability goals. Execute and enforce policies related to financial, inventory management, merchandising, safety, security, and compliance. Lead and motivate a team, providing training, coaching, guidance, and feedback to improve performance and retention. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make informed decisions and recommendations. Foster a positive environment for customers, resolving complaints, and promoting loyalty and satisfaction. Continuously improve personal and professional skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Experience and Skills Required:
Prior experience in retail management is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Ability to delegate and provide clear communication to other associates. Knowledge of inventory management and stock level monitoring. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
