Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store targets and enhance performance. Oversee daily operations including inventory control, cash register management, and sales reporting. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performances. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally Manage time efficiently to balance operational tasks with team development. Experience Minimum1-2 Years of Sales Experience (retail or wireless industry preferred) Minimum 2-3 Years of Retail Management Experience. Strong customer service, communication and team Leadership Skills.
