Oversees a team of Associates at front of storeensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion ofloyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting withall customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Rolemodels outstanding customer service. Creates a positive internaland external customer experience Promotes a culture of honesty andintegrity; maintains confidentiality Takes an active role intraining and mentoring Associates on front end principles Trainsand coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experiencewhile promoting loyalty programs Assigns registers, supports andresponds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for allAssociates Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly,ensuring a positive customer experience Ensures Associates executetasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as neededCommunicates accurately and effectively with management andAssociates when setting and addressing priorities; providesprogress updates Provides and accepts recognition and constructivefeedback Partners with Management on Associate training needs toincrease effectiveness Ensures adherence to all labor laws,policies, and procedures Promotes credit and loyalty programsSupports and participates in store shrink reduction goals andprograms Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environmentOther duties as assigned

You.
