CustomerSuccess Manager Location:

United States (Requires 10% travel,covering biotech & pharmaceutical customers in the USA) Theestimated salary range is $80,000 – $90,000, based on experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UX enhancement for therecombinant antibody platform. Design and maintain a userexperience map to identify critical pain points (e.g., online ordersubmission complexity , data accessibility). Collaborate with IT tooptimize system interfaces and improve user experience.

CustomerFeedback & Product Roadmap:

Conduct quarterly feedback sessionswith key clients to gather insights on antibody discoveryworkflows. Facilitate client co-creation workshops to testprototypes. Translate scientific needs into technical requirementsfor the R D/IT teams. Market Intelligence Monitor competitormarketing activities and assess the competitive landscape. Providerelevant market intelligence to support sales and productmanagement teams.

Requirements:

Language:

Proficient in English(written/spoken). Chinese is a plus.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, immunology, bioengineering,or related fields . 3 years of experience in the biotech industry,familiar with recombinant antibody discovery processes; ProductManager experience is preferred. Familiarity with CHOtransient/stable expression process and antibody analysis tools;basic bioinformatics skills; Experience with electronic labnotebooks or laboratory project management systems is a strong plus(eg, Benchling, etc.). Ability to understand from the perspectiveof early-stage research scientists.
