Supplements Manager- Ocean Township Green’s Natural Foods Ocean, NJ 07712 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Supplements Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist customers with Supplements questions Inventory control and ordering to align with sales, backstock quantities, and budgets. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Ability to lead, give direction, and manage a team. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance sales opportunities. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing and faced. Own supplements ordering process and procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and sales tracking. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries regarding products and services. Qualifications 3 years leadership experience; preferably in Supplements/Nutrition. Supplements experience required. Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team. Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments. Effective communication with store manager, supplements associates, and other team members. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with stock management processes and retail math concepts is advantageous. Ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally. Must be detailoriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a busy retail setting.
