Client Services Manager Advanced Dental Center of Cedar Knolls Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, providing exceptional customer service, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage the front office team, ensuring all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, calendar management, and clerical duties. Handle vendor management tasks, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service providers. Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking related to front office operations. Develop training programs for new hires to ensure they understand office procedures and standards. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy access and compliance. Operate phone systems efficiently, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency. Experience in dealing with dental insurances and using dentrix ascend Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a front office setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications. Experience with vendor management and maintaining professional relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop training programs that enhance team performance. Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
