Restoration ! New Jersey We are growing and looking to add a highly motivated Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to our team in Denville, NJ. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration and reconstruction process. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Coordinate between customers, insurance adjusters, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Schedule appointments, follow up on project timelines, and ensure clear communication with all parties. Maintain accurate documentation and project records. Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative roles (required). Experience in the insurance, restoration, or reconstruction industry (preferred but not required). Familiarity with TPAs is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized under pressure. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong computer and software skills.
