Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Service Manager to join our team. As a Marine Service Manager, Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service and parts departments and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of technicians and support staff
• Provide guidance and training to service department employees
• Schedule and assign work to technicians, ensuring efficient workflow
• Monitor service operations to ensure quality standards are met
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Interact with our second location sharing best practices. Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Service Manager or similar role in a marine repair dealership setting
• Strong knowledge of marine diagnostics, boat maintenance, and vessel repair processes
• Proven ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
• Knowledge of Dockmaster software a plus, but not required
