We specialize in modular contemporary design furniture and provide an exciting and rewarding work environment. We are a Home Furniture Retail company growing at steady pace. We are seeking a highly organized , detail-oriented , and committed individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Office Administrator . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment. Duties Manage office operations and maintain a well-organized office environment Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage incoming calls , scheduling deliveries , and handling invoicing . Send invoices and follow up with outstanding customers . Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems , and overseeing inventory. Assist in general team support to promote a productive work environment. Handle basic human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Provide administrative support to Executive level management . Perform accurate data entry , including organizing and entering customer information. Create spreadsheets and generate reports . Qualifications Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred. Must be VERY organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong customer service skills and a well-spoken demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization. Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles, or willingness to learn. Must be very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and able to create spreadsheets and reports. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be committed to the role and the company’s success. Proficiency in English, Both written and verbal, is required Bi-lingual, English and Spanish, is preferred.
