What You’ll Do:

As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for our valued clients, managing service requests, policy changes, renewals, and claims support. You’ll work closely with our producers and carrier partners to ensure each client interaction is seamless, efficient, and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound service requests via phone and email Process policy changes, certificates, and endorsements Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims reporting, and policy questions Support the renewal review and remarketing process Maintain accurate records in our agency management system Proactively communicate with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) 2+ years of experience in personal or commercial lines service Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., HawkSoft, AMS360, EZLynx) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high level of professionalism and client empathy Strong attention to detail and follow-through
