Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to take full ownership of our customer service department. This leadership role requires someone who can manage a fast-paced team, streamline workflows, and ensure top-tier service
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the customer service team Hire, train, and mentor staff Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently Build and improve processes to increase service speed and quality Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams Track KPIs and drive growth in department performance
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing a customer service team Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is required Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Proven ability to improve systems and team performance Experience in healthcare, logistics, or medical equipment is a plus
