Job Description
Client Experience Manager Selective Staffing Solutions Orchard Park, NY 14127 We are in search of highly motivated professional who has a strong background in customer service, client support and management, as well as administrative duties. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with the following positions to fulfill all customers’ needs: Warehouse Representative, Service Technician, Rental Technician, Sales Managers, and Leadership team.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance. Maintain a neat and organized workspace. Answering multiple incoming telephone lines in a polite, professional, and respectful manner. Respond to incoming customer and vendor inquiries and contact customers/vendors as needed. Provide customers with price quotes and process/ manage customer sales and purchase orders. Ensures that the relationships the company has with existing and potential new customers/vendors are developed and maintained by anticipating their needs, resolving concerns and complaints. Maintain an accurate and up to date customer master file in company ERP system. Ensure that all customer price quotes are followed up on. If price quotes are not converted into Sales Orders, we need to understand why to prevent further lost Ensures that the company maximizes sales opportunities with existing customers by having an in-depth knowledge of the products each customer uses. Ensure that the policies and procedures of the company are carried out in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives as set forth by upper management. Maintain open communication with teammates to ensure that all related information flows both horizontally and vertically throughout the company to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved. Settles all customer/vendor complaints at this level and seeks guidance from the Director of Operations, as required. Cross train with other teammates to provide backup as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent – Required. Associate degree, Business – Preferred. Must be able to effectively communicate with teammates, customers, and vendors. Must be a person with the highest levels of honesty and integrity. Must be a highly organized person who can effectively resolve, monitor and/or run numerous tasks at once as well as prioritize his/her workloads. Must have the ability to understand the needs of customers through conversational interaction and converting those needs into sales. This position will provide and give insight into confidential business information and for that reason it is a requirement for the position that a non-compete agreement be executed between both parties.

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
