Full Job Description What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of Customer Engagement/Service Representatives Manage the full order success process for select accounts from order entry through fulfillment Participate in customer and sales team calls and help coordinate customer visits Track and resolve customer complaints, product shortages, and pricing conflicts Manage customer portals to ensure accurate, up-to-date data Support follow-up on promotional contracts, deductions, and invoice issues Handle OS&D claims and maintain supporting documentation Supervise the front desk/reception function for customer-related visits Contribute to special projects including ethical trade audits and new initiatives
What You Bring:
2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or the Food Industry Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and order entry systems A customer-first mindset with a passion for cross-functional teamwork Why Join Rosina?
