The Workflow Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Clinical Solutions team by managing inbound documentation and communication workflows. This position ensures that requests related to precertification, appeals, and referrals are accurately routed for timely processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Primary Responsibilities Manage incoming fax queue, including precertification requests, appeals, medical records, and group-specific referral requests Accurately categorize and route faxes within the internal ticketing system to support streamlined processing Answer inbound calls from physician offices, hospitals, and members, providing excellent customer service Support general administrative functions within the Clinical Solutions department Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with medical billing and managed care Proficient with computer systems and ability to learn new platforms quickly Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
