We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Verizon Account Associate to join our team. You will play a vital role in driving sales, building customer loyalty, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored Verizon product solutions that align with their goals. Drive sales by offering personalized recommendations, educating customers on product features, promotions, and services to maximize value. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Stay up to date on the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions to provide accurate, timely information to customers. Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall store success. Accurately track customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions while providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and drive customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. A customer-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to quickly adapt to changing product offerings and sales strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills.
