Job Description:

As a Client Success Manager you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining positive, dynamic relationships with our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our SNF partners receive unparalleled support, addressing inquiries with a sense of urgency, and facilitating communication between our organization and theirs.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with SNFs through proactive communication and exceptional service. Act as point of contact for SNF inquiries, providing timely and accurate follow up and responses to the needs Collaborate with internal teams. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing SNFs. Conduct regular check-ins with SNFs to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of SNF interactions and transactions. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve our SNF partners and anticipate their needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with SNFs of diverse backgrounds. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
