This is an entry-level role for a consumer reporting agency. In this role, you will be managing the customer support experience for our clients and their applicants, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support as they navigate their pre-employment screening process. This role is in person at our Brooklyn based office. Duties Manage and provide recurring training to a team of client success specialists Handle customer support inquiries and escalations Review and complete various components of records for client orders Plan and organize systems for the implementation of new searches/services for our clients Qualifications Proven experience in customer service management or account management. Strong attention to detail. This is a crucial skill needed for this role. Strong Communication skills A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to customer success.
