Here’s what you need to bring to the table: An updated electrical license. Strong communication skills. You’re outgoing, self-motivated, and a team player. Computer estimating skills. The ability to effectively manage team members, including technicians and sales consultants, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out. The ability and willingness to learn the industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered. Exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by coaching your team to upsell products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally. The ability and willingness to perform administrative tasks. Working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws. You’ll ensure your team adheres to all regulations. A talent for resolving customer issues by developing and maintaining great relationships with customers. You’ll regularly audit all projects to ensure all standards are met and that all work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly. Oversight of team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing installs and repairs; if necessary, you’ll carry out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work.
