Job Description:

Well-established and reputable company located west of Albany ishiring for a Field Service Manager to join its team. This positionwill be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanicalequipment and overseeing instillation projects.

Position Summary:

The Field Service Manager is responsible for leading and supportingall aspects of technical service operations, includingtroubleshooting, customer support, and technician training. Thisrole ensures high-quality service delivery by managing fielddiagnostics, service networks, and installation support for bothinternal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead productissue resolution from diagnostics to final resolution via phone,email, or in-person support Oversee product instillations Developand train new technicians and mechanical staff Maintain detailedservice logs and track resolutions, trends, and customer feedbackConduct on-site evaluations and assist with technical sales supportas needed Collaborate with management on product improvements andfield-based feedback
