The MANAGER is someone who: Is able to multi-task and think ahead Anticipates roadblocks and provides thoughtful, practical solutions Resolves customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Works well in a fast paced environment Provides incredible customer service and answers customer questions in a timely manner Maintains a positive attitude and works effectively as a member of a team Excels in organizing their time and delegates tasks in order of urgency Resolves customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Specific responsibilities: Operate the walk in rotating rack oven Bake fresh cookies throughout the day Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area Assemble cookie orders in our retail boxes Scoop our cookie dough Prepare sheet trays with cookie scoops to be baked on racks Ring up customers and provide excellent customer service
General Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage daily staff and assign roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Managing kitchen, delegating cleaning tasks Summary As a Bakery Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality product offerings and exceptional customer service.
