Customer Success Manager Precision Compounding Pharmacy Bellmore, NY 11710 • Hybrid work

Job Summary:

Precision Compounding Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Success Manager to oversee one of our customer success teams and manage key accounts within our compounding pharmacy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy account management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with telehealth companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success Excellence:

Develop and implement customer success policies and procedures tailored to the needs of our partners. Monitor and analyze customer success metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Resolve escalated issues and concerns promptly, ensuring partner satisfaction and adherence to pharmacy regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing customized solutions. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with key clients to ensure their needs are met and to explore opportunities for expanded services.

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee the day-to-day customer success operations, including managing staff schedules, order processing, and resource allocation. Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any cross-functional issues. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA), and internal policies.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present reports on customer service performance, account status, and key metrics to senior management. Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements in service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Customer Feedback and Improvement:

Collect and analyze feedback from patients and healthcare providers to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Work with the team to develop and implement strategies to address feedback and improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in customer success within a telehealth, healthcare, or technology setting. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a positive work environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in pharmacy management software and CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in pharmacy or customer service management (e.g., Certified Customer Service Manager, Pharmacy Technician Certification). Familiarity with industry-specific compliance requirements and best practices. Experience working with specialized pharmacy services or patient care programs.

Sallary:
