About the Role We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and marketing-savvy individual to join our boutique physical therapy practice. This is more than a front desk job — it’s a dynamic, client-facing role that blends hospitality, marketing, and operations. You’ll help create an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting our marketing efforts across social media, email, and blogs. What You’ll Do Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Greet clients and manage front desk with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments; support continuity of care Answer phones and emails; resolve client questions efficiently and kindly
Assist Billing Functions:
Insurance verification, Insurance company phone calls. (Training can be provided). Assist clients in understanding and booking additional services (e.g., massages, bike fits, personal training, orthotics fittings) Marketing & Communications Support Serve as the point of contact between the practice and outsourced marketing partners Help coordinate and support in-office content creation (social media, blog assets, etc.) Support a consistent blog posting schedule — writing or assisting with drafts Ensure our tone and branding stay consistent across all touchpoints What We’re Looking For Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys helping people Organized and detail-oriented with great follow-through Comfortable learning new tools (we’ll train you on scheduling CRM/EMR programming, etc.) Interest or background in marketing, wellness, healthcare, or fitness Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Perks Friendly, collaborative team Opportunity to grow in client services and marketing Prime location in Union Square, NYC Wellness-focused, modern office environment Part-time with the opportunity of Full -time.
