The Associate Client Services Manager job in NY, NY willprovide support to the Senior Client Services Managers and ClientService Managers to assist in the daily administration andcoordination of assigned clients/accounts. As the primary support account representative, the Associate ClientService Manager is responsible for: assisting with the servicing of the overall clientrelationship within assigned portfolios. assisting with the day to day oversight of the assignedaccounts, the coordination of services for assignedclients monitoring of contractual obligations for these accountsand monitoring of documents associated with administering debtissuance including various financing structures and servicesrelated to assigned corporate trust products assisting with client issues proactively, efficiently andto the satisfaction of the client often acting independent of theSenior Client Service Manager and/or Client ServiceManager(s). servicing of client inquiries, escalation of clientissues, assisting with conducting annual client reviews from aservice delivery perspective monitoring and administration of client service issuesincluding SLA’s, governing document guidelines and/or indentureguidelines, processing activities, overdrafts, and cashbalances preparing reporting and other activities includingspecialized client reporting, interfacing with Compliance, Audit,Risk and Legal, as well as to manage and respond to auditrequests.
