Bilingual Service Coordinator Supervisor – Early Intervention 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars College Point, NY 11356 • Hybrid work Bilingual Early Intervention Service Coordinator Supervisor Therapists 2 Go is an Early Intervention agency providing evaluations, service coordination and services to children with developmental delays/disabilities in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau & Suffolk counties. Looking for Career Growth? We have an immediate opening for a full-time supervisor of Service Coordinators. Looking for an applicant who is currently a supervisor, or has been an Early Intervention Service Coordinator in NYC and who is knowledgeable of NYC EI Policies and Procedures Responsibilities include: Monitor SC Department and Review all SC activities Quality Assurance of Service Coordinator Department Assists families to plan and obtain services appropriate to their needs. Supervise, Coordinate and monitors delivery of identified services and the proper use of resources. Participates in the development, review and evaluation of individualized family service plans (IFSP). Participates with the family in the IFSP meeting to finalize services that will be provided. Document, audits & maintains written records and reports regarding service coordination activities. Is instrumental in developing caseloads delegating and providing services as authorized to children and their families. Conducts continuing education, ongoing staff in-services and quarterly meetings. Conducts Interviews Ensures compliance and follows mandatory guidelines according to EI Regional Policies and Procedures and Employee Handbook. Conducts outreach to referral sources to procure referrals for SC Department. Maintain small caseload
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to helping families. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Be efficient, well organized, and able to manage multi-family case load. Bilingual Willingness to meet with families in their homes or community. Qualified applicants are those with a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services or related field, as well as strong knowledge of Early Intervention regulations. Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, supervisory, and interpersonal skills. Position requires occasional travel to attend meetings and training sessions. #IND1

$40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
