WFM Supervisor Kenosha Branch 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144Customer Service is the heartbeat of Uline, and we are looking fora dynamic leader for our Workforce Management Scheduling team.
Guide and support the WFM scheduling team, ensuring goals forlegendary customer service are met to support our growing NorthAmerican company! Better together! This position is on-site, and weare looking for people who share our passion. PositionResponsibilities Manage a team of Customer Service WFM schedulingassociates, encouraging productivity and accuracy. Become a policyand process expert to train associates. Recommend efficiencies andproductivity improvements for the team. Support the WFM team andwork with management to solve operational challenges. MinimumRequirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degreepreferred. 2 years of leadership experience focused on buildingculture, performance and problem-solving skills. WFM schedulingexperience in a customer service environment preferred. Ability toevaluate data to identify creative solutions to business needs.
