Job Description
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Client Services & Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team and help us maintain high standards of service, accuracy, and efficiency.
Job Duties:
- Answer and place phone calls to resolve customer inquiries
- Track and manage customer requests in our system
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Research and resolve billing and order issues
- Follow up on unresolved inquiries and client delays
- Monitor team mailboxes and manage order pipelines
- Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements
- Support internal teams by completing tasks assigned by management
- Cultivate strong client relationships through clear, consistent communication Need for this job:
