High performance dealerships for high performance individuals! Position Overview The ideal candidate for Loaner Car Coordinator keeps loaner fleet organized, ready and in good condition for clients. Hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 10:00 a.m.
- 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.
m. Who would I interact with? This position interacts daily with Clients, Service Advisors, and Sales Consultants, just to name a few. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Greets clients and processes necessary paperwork for a loaner car.
Ensures that the client presents a valid driver’s license and insurance card and makes a copy for the dealership’s record.
Pull client cars up to the loaner area and valets cars when needed.
Check loaner cars for damage and makes a notation of any damage while with the client.
Make sure all loaner cars have a full tank of gas.
Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed. What are the requirements for this job? Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
Professional and friendly personal skills with a passion for customer service.
Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
