Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily functions of the Customer Service Dept.
- Complete Quality Assurance on Customer Service Specialists which includes but is not limited to monitoring daily phone calls, emails and managed accounts.
- Resolve all escalated calls from customers and provide feedback when applicable
- Motivate employees and keep morale at a high level in the Customer Service Dept.
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Assist customer service staff with duties where required.
- Development and implementation of service polices and training.
- Assign, direct and review work performed by Customer Service Specialists.
- Write and conduct formal performance appraisals
- Participates in personnel actions including hiring, succession planning, coaching and counseling.
- Maintains a daily schedule to ensure coverage for our customer base. Other Duties
- Assist with phone calls, emails and managed accounts when necessary.
- Review and process payroll.
- Assist in developing automated solutions by leveraging artificial intelligence, Copilot, Robots and other technologies. Qualifications
- Command of English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Previous training experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience required.
- Proficient computer skills.
- An excellent phone voice and a colorful / dynamic personality is essential.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Problem solving and analytical skills are necessary.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Some travel may be required Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forces frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are only required occasionally.
- Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing computer terminal, and extensive reading.
- Typical exposure to interior environmental conditions like air conditioning and dust; no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
- Manual dexterity is regularly required including fingering, grasping, and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Talking and hearing required to communication with and listen to others to share or receive information.
