Support Staff – Family Program Mary’s Shelter 615 Kenhorst Boulevard, Reading, PA 19611 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support staff to assist in our Family Program. This position is responsible for determining eligibility of recipients to receive Mary’s Shelter’s family program benefits and also assist in the organization of donations. Support staff will also maintain an active caseload of eligible participants, insure participant files are complete and all required documentation is received. Duties Possess good written and spoken communication skills. Able to organize and manage client files, schedules, dates and information. Must be familiar with WORD and EXCEL. Excellent time management skills, organized and able to prioritize tasks. Comfortable building professional relationships and dedicated to helping others. Ability to pass criminal, child abuse and fingerprinting clearance. Reliable commute to our facility (Kenhorst Blvd). Qualifications Experience in customer service is preferred. Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with families, and team members.
