What You’ll Do:

Lead with Heart – Recruit, support, and inspire a team of dedicated caregivers delivering top-tier home care. Champion Our Mission – Build strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and local organizations throughout Blair County. Be a Steady Presence – Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure client needs are met with excellence and care. Grow Community Awareness – Blend your love for caregiving with outreach, marketing, and business development initiatives. Represent Blair County Values – Embody the strong work ethic, sense of community, and neighborly spirit that define our area.

Who You Are:

Experienced in senior care, healthcare, or caregiver team management. Naturally friendly, warm, and approachable—with the drive and initiative to grow and lead. Skilled at connecting with families, seniors, doctors, discharge planners, and community partners. Passionate about helping seniors age with grace and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Familiar with the communities and healthcare landscape of Blair County and surrounding areas.
