What You’ll Do As a Client Success Project Manager III•Technical Solutions , you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical projects while serving as the primary liaison to our clients. You’ll align scope and outcomes, build rapport across stakeholders, identify risks and growth opportunities, and ensure each engagement delivers measurable value.

Problem Solutions operates on an East Coast U.S. work schedule. Candidates must be available during these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project delivery across small to medium accounts and/or several large client initiatives Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a professional, seamless experience Maintain strong relationships with external client stakeholders and identify growth opportunities Coordinate internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to meet delivery expectations Create and manage key documentation (e.g., status reports, risk logs, health dashboards) Translate client feedback into internal action and strategic account planning Ensure all work aligns with compliance, contract terms, and company standards Support SOWs, client review sessions, and pre-sales conversations as needed What You Bring 4-7 years experience managing technical projects in a client-facing role Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Certifications:
PMP required. Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are also valued and considered beneficial. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and mixed-method delivery approaches Polished, credible presence across both technical and executive audiences Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud environments, and systems integration Familiarity with IT infrastructure, role-based access, and compliance requirements Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams Skilled in project planning and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Office Suite)
Bonus:

Compensation Expected Salary Range:
$106K to $126K Final compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses and a full benefits package are also offered.
