We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer ServiceSupervisor in our Mountaintop, PA location.
Summary:
The CustomerService Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of theContract Fulfillment team, which process all orders by utilizinginternal systems. The OES will also ensure the team provideexcellent customer service, while maintaining positive workingrelationships with external customers and internal associates.
Responsibilities/Principal Duties:
Primary point of expediting andescalation requests First stop for process and procedure questionsand issues Drive expansion of proactive selling and alternatesprogram Work with Manager and other departments to solve problemsand improve efficiency Identify and drive improvements to systemsand processes to enhance customer experience Assist withmaintaining accurate time and attendance records Qualifiedcandidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience requiredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and customer serviceAbility to travel between Mountaintop (PA), Goodyear (AZ) and Troy(Ohio) facilities as well as customer events and customer officesas required Minimum 5 years experience in a construction productrelated industry or 3 years minimum sales/marketing experiencepreferred Rolling steel and sectional door experience preferredAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationspreferred Basic knowledge of Cornell/Cookson product line andknowledge of WebGen/Frontier (ERP system), AS400, CRM, Work, Exceland Outlook preferred Collaboration with customers Ability toanalyze complex problems, create solutions and make sound decisions& plans, referral to manager is available We offer a competitivesalary and a very comprehensive benefits package, including 401K,paid holidays, sick, and vacation time.
