Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategicDirector of Loyalty Strategy & Execution to lead and grow ourrapidly evolving consulting services organization. This leader willoversee a team of loyalty consultants and managed servicesprofessionals—owning the P&L, scaling operations, and evolvingour model from executional support to strategic impact. As part ofthe Engagement Cloud team, this role is central to helpingenterprise and mid-market restaurants unlock more value from ourplatform. Youll shape the roadmap for managed loyalty services,lead a high-performing team, and collaborate cross-functionally toposition services as a key differentiator in our go-to-marketstrategy. This is an ideal role for a leader with deep experiencein loyalty, SaaS, restaurants, and professional services—someoneeager to build and expand a services business.

Senior Director, Marketing &Strategy Services What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of experiencein professional services, loyalty strategy, or managedservices—ideally in a SaaS or digital agency setting
- Deepexpertise in the restaurant industry and a strong understanding ofloyalty program economics and guest behavior
- Proven successowning or influencing a P&L, with a track record of drivingrevenue growth and margin expansion
- Experience leadingmulti-disciplinary teams and scaling service delivery models
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; ability to buildfrom scratch and iterate quickly
- Excellent cross-functionalleadership and client-facing communication skills
- Data-informed,customer-first decision-making approach Additional skills:
- Experience in SaaS restaurant tech or consulting with enterpriserestaurant brands
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CDPs, andcampaign analytics tools
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, BItools, and service automation platforms Unleash your potential:
What you will be doing and owning: Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and evolve the roadmap for paid services aligned withproduct strategy
- Own the internal and external narrative of ourservices value proposition Business Ownership
- Own full P&Lresponsibility, including revenue, margin, and profitability
- Create scalable pricing models, packaging, and service tiers
- Identify and validate new service offerings that enhance our SaaSplatform Cross-Functional Influence
- Work with Product,Engineering, and Data teams to ensure integrated services
- EnableSales and Marketing with value messaging and pipeline growthstrategies
- Align with Customer Success and Support for seamlessdelivery Customer Strategy & Impact
- Act as executive sponsor forkey accounts
- Ensure client programs deliver measurable outcomesand ROI
- Develop loyalty frameworks, strategy playbooks, andcampaign models Team Building & Growth
- Lead and scale ahigh-performing team of strategists, campaign managers, analysts,and partners
- Establish KPIs, drive accountability, and supportprofessional development
- Expand delivery capacity throughinnovation, automation, and hybrid resourcing Thought Leadership
- Represent PAR externally at events and through thought leadership
