A day in the life:

As an Account Director, you’llbe responsible for working with clients in the Enterprise space.

You’ll have a broad and varied background with hands-on experienceacross many digital marketing channels and tools. This role willwork to drive performance through integrated marketing tacticsacross paid, owned and earned channels. Through a deepunderstanding of the client’s business, the Account Director willguide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drivebusiness outcomes. The Account Director will lead teams ofhighly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize theirefforts and provide guidance, enforcing pivots when necessary.

Additionally, you’ll demonstrate exceptional leadership by gainingtrust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their accountteams. This is an exciting role for a seasoned digital marketerseeking an opportunity to lead innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Client-centric Communication:

Establishes astrong relationship with client key decision makers by hostingmonthly one-on-one check-ins to gauge sentiment, solicit feedbackand share additional opportunities

Marketing Strategy:

Guides theaccount team with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned andearned channels to meet or exceed client business objectives;Demonstrates proficiency in media planning, including theconnection of a client’s product, audience and media

Data-drivenInsights:

Leverages data and analytics to identify strategicopportunities; Translates learnings into clear and concisereporting with actionable next steps

Measurement Frameworks:

Usesoverlapping datasets to find the truth and make better marketingdecisions; Prioritizes business metrics to guide strategy,decisions and budgets; Leverages platform or attribution metrics toinform tactical daily optimizations; Uses incrementality tovalidate when needed

Client Retention:

Leads the contract renewalstrategy, presentation and proposal development alongside theAccount Manager to extend client partnerships; Reviews and analyzesclient contracts on a regular basis to ensure goals are on target

Service Expansions:

Works with the Account Manager and the internalaccount team to identify additional strategies to improveperformance and expand client partnerships

Client Portfolio:

Manages a diverse set of clients totaling a minimum of $150K inmonthly recurring revenue

Team Coaching and Development:

Leads byexample and practices servant leadership; Delivers timely, specificfeedback to account team members to up-level existing clientservices Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned byClient Services department leadership, as needed Employ AItechnologies to enhance and optimize business processes Utilize andleverage Power Digitals Nova ecosystem as it relates to yourdepartment Role Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing,Communication or related discipline 8 years digital marketingexperience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digitalintegration and client services, ideally in a digital or mediaagency Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfactionscores Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experiencerequired (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot) Experience speakingto business-level metrics such as

LTV:

CAC, MER, etc. Campaignleadership skills for end-to-end campaign development includingstrategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channelenvironment Ability to quickly build rapport and developrelationships with executive-level points of contact Desire to workin a role that functions as both a marketing consultant and abusiness consultant for clients Highly dependable, self-starter,high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and timemanagement skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for forproblem-solving, continued learning, and personal development KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) 90% Quarterly Account Team RetentionRate 105%
