What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Phone & Customer Interaction Answer inbound calls and follow up on leads/prospects—deliver a friendly, professional experience every time Resolve basic customer questions and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member Order Administration Enter, track, and invoice customer orders promptly and accurately Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure order status updates are clear Office Support & Organization Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) and keep shared calendars up to date Assist the Marketing Department with mailings, promotions, and light website updates (as needed) General clerical duties (scanning, data entry, supply management, etc.) Who You Are (Required Qualifications) 7 + years of office administration or similar experience (no exceptions) Excellent phone etiquette and a genuinely friendly speaking manner Proven track record in customer service best practices (you know how to de-escalate a call, follow up on time, etc.) Strong computer skills with intermediate (or higher) proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and energetic—you enjoy learning new systems on the fly Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Skills) Familiarity with basic CRM or order-management software Experience supporting a Sales/Marketing team (helping coordinate promotions, email campaigns, etc.) A creative mindset—comfortable suggesting small efficiency improvements (e.g., tweaking a form, suggesting a new filing method)

Compensation & Schedule Salary:

$40,000•$48,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Hours:

8:00 AM•4:30

PM, Monday-Friday Spring/Summer Adjustment:

May 1•Sept 30, work 24-32 hrs/week but still paid for 40 hrs
